How long will my order take ?
Orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days. An email will be sent to you to notify you when your order is shipped out with tracking information.
Some of our bigger items such as large nursery signs take much long and requires a lot of communications between us, please allow between 4-6 weeks.
If you require a product by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
We will endeavour to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors out of our control.
Please note: Business days refer to Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm AEST local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.
What if I have made a mistake with my personalisation ?
It's OK!, We understand sometimes mistakes can happen, we ask that you email us as soon as possible to rectify the problem prior to use processing your order, we will get back to you and let you know whether we are able to make these changes. luxeandcocreations@gmail.com
Order details and delivery address
It is important that you double check all personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. We begin to process your order and fulfil them as soon as they are received and so we are not able to make changes once this is completed. This includes name, email, delivery address, products purchased, cancellation, shipping, discount codes etc. We will not be liable for orders sent to the wrong address.
Australia Post and Sendle
We use Australia Post and Sendle to send out your orders. Once packages have been handed over to Australia Post and Sendle, we have no control on the how fast they are able to deliver to you. Hence why all delivery dates are estimates only, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many factors unexpected factors out of our control.
Issues with delivery
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please check your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your order, please lodge an enquiry with either Australia Post or Sendle sot that they are able to assist you further. We are unable to provide further assistance in regards to shipping once we have handed your parcel to Australia Post or Sendle. We provide all orders with a tracking number, which will be updated once your item has reached its destination.
